Request account deletion

Use this page to request deletion of your Cashlet account and associated data. Cashlet is operated by ENZI LTD.

Request deletion without the app

Email support@enziltd.com with the subject Delete my Cashlet account. Send the request from your registered email address and state that you want your account and associated data deleted.

If you cannot access that email address, contact the same support address for help verifying ownership. Never send your password, one-time codes, or bank PIN. You do not need to reinstall Cashlet to request deletion.

Delete from the app

  1. Open Cashlet and sign in.
  2. Open Profile, then Delete account.
  3. Enter your password if requested and confirm deletion.

Self-service deletion requires you to withdraw any wallet balance, finish or cancel active tasks and orders, and resolve open disputes. If you cannot complete these steps, email support to request assistance and deletion review.

What is removed

When account deletion is processed, your profile name, email, phone, date of birth, gender, state, occupation, linked sign-in identifiers, notification token, and two-factor secrets are removed or replaced. Refresh sessions are revoked and your service listings are deactivated.

Messages you sent and files you uploaded are scheduled for removal within 30 days of account deletion, except records subject to a documented retention hold or connected to disputes. Cloud-hosted verification documents and selfies are included in this cleanup.

Records retained

Transaction and withdrawal records, task/order records, and dispute or security evidence may need to be retained for accounting, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, or legal obligations. A non-identifying account reference remains so historical records stay consistent.

  • Necessary accounting, transaction, and withdrawal records: retained for six years from the date each record was created. They are reviewed for deletion or anonymisation at the end of that period, unless a documented legal obligation or hold requires longer retention.
  • Dispute-related messages and evidence: retained while the dispute is unresolved and for 30 days after resolution, unless a documented legal or security hold applies.
  • Scheduled database backups: kept on a rolling 14-day schedule. Data removed from the active system may remain in these backups for up to a further 14 days. Backups are restricted to recovery use; deletion requests must be reapplied if a backup is restored.

If a retention exception affects your request, contact support for the affected categories, reason, and applicable period. Requests concerning copies held by our service providers are handled through support.

External links and copies independently saved by other users are outside Cashlet's direct control.
